Ingredients

Each serving size (1 vegetarian capsule) contains: Pregnenolone (3-beta-hydroxy-5-pregnen-20-one) 10 mg. Other ingredients: Hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water).

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with a meal.
